dude: most indians (80% +) are not muslims - you are poorly informed. In fact, the muslims in India are the major cause of problems (like they are in other countries, like the US)

I am in the industry, and know many reps from different ophthalmic companies. Alcon reps are so highly motivated and dependent on sales volume for income that many females reps resort to providing sexual favors for use of their products. And, it seems Alcon attracts this type of sales person, looks the other way, and has no corporate policy regarding this unprofessional behavior.
