It’s fraud everywhere

but Alcon is more siloed today then ever when NVS owned them. That texas Puritan big shitt mindset with D&I now makes them the biggest frauds of all.
Alcon caters to OPH money makers. All taking advantage of the Elderly

When people suck up this much at an organization. Two things exist

1. they fired under qualified people with under important positions and they now have no choice

2. they over paid good qualified employees and now they own you.

it’s a good equation of CONTROL
 












Alcon culture is one where the highest executives stroke themselves and butter each other’s bread. Arse kissing and fake is part of executive culture here.

so the lower class of the company does the same thing. Alcon is like a mini Roman Empire. There is the high class and peasants. And they all kiss upwards and fake that smile
