I inquired about 3 months ago. Was contacted by AIT in house counsel. According to the ESOP rules if you aren't with the company anymore (there was one at the time) you have to wait til age 65. Some people did get paid out but it depends on tenure etc.

This is no longer true now that the company has been sold.
 






ED will get what's coming to her. She tries to rule with an iron fist and thinks being threatening and aggressive is how to get productivity out of people. Hey ED everyone only tells you what you want to hear to shut you up until they get out of there. She will be the first to spread untrue statements about former employees so it's only appropriate that talk of her "relationship" with SL make its rounds...true or not, she's never hesitated to throw others under the bus, true or not. She makes emotional decisions, her emotions being anger and a need to control. She will never be able to keep another sales manager role should she even get one because most companies wouldn't tolerate the way she treats her reps. Just wait, karma is a bigger B than even she is.
