INQUIRED LAST WEEK TO PHIL ROBERTSON WHEN WE CAN GET OUR MONIES SINCE ait HAS BEEN SOL FROM ESOP, NO REPLY. ANYONE RECEIVED ANYTHING ABOUT THIS? some HAVE RECEIVED LETTERS, I HAVE NOT AND ADDRESS IS THE SAME AS WHEN I WORKED THERE.
 






























I inquired about 3 months ago. Was contacted by AIT in house counsel. According to the ESOP rules if you aren't with the company anymore (there was one at the time) you have to wait til age 65. Some people did get paid out but it depends on tenure etc.

This is no longer true now that the company has been sold.
