You can not even have a low level financial job if you think accumulated losses doesnt affect equity or have EVERYTHING to do with how solvent a company is. If DNDN didn't have 1.7 billion in accumlated losses their total capital would be 1.7 billion higher.

As you illustrated they had 1.9 billion in paid in capital. The deficit of 1.7 billion brings their total capital to about 200M. If their deficit was say 500 million, their total capital would be 1.4 billion. What world are you living in? It is obviously a world where if you throw enough lies out there about a company you might actually deceive people. How much capital a company has has EVERYTHING to do with how solvent they are. Dendreon has around $600 million in cash and investments. It burnt $59 million last quarter.
The cash burn rate has declined dramatically for the last 3 quarters. That implies over 10 quarters of cash at current burn rate. The cash burn will continue to decline rapidly as Dendreon continues to cut costs and as revenues rise.

You can not spin the above into another of your lies without lying again. All you do all day is spew lies against the company here all day, so I expect more of the same.

Since you refuse to identify yourself, the right thing to assume is that all their claims are false and you have a vendetta against Dendreon and its employees.

Almost every biotech stock has accumulated losses on their balance sheet for all the years they are a development company and for the early transition years when the have a product to sell. So what you continue to write is gibberish. Obviously, accumulated losses are a component of stockholder's equity and most biotechs have accumlated losses on their books. This is firm evidence that you are clueless.

You claimed that Dendreon was insolvent because of its accumulated deficit. The fact is that Dendreon $279,526,000 in equity as of March 31, 2012 and is solvent and you are a liar.

Blah, blah, blah.... Who gives a crap what we think? What matters is what our customers think about this product. The majority are not and never will be convinced of its efficacy no matter what story we tell them. We'll never convince enough practitioners to take on this product and use it steadily. This is why our Q2 investor call will be another disaster. Think about it, we are now resorting to ridiculous growth-based contracts to entice doctors to use this product.

Like a restaurant that has changed hands and chefs, the recipe is flawed and the customers can smell despair. Q3 will be Dendreon's last stand. No contract inducement will ever entice enough physicians to make this company viable.

DNDN employees should be careful about what they write here if they have a good opinion of the company.

Anything you say that is positive about the company, he will rebut it. It makes absolutely no difference if what you are saying is 100% true. He will twist, lie, deceive, attribute what you say to other posters to further twist and deceive. His real talent lies in his ability to attack any messenger who has someting good to say about the company. A fair debate is great but he obviously has been instructed to attack, intmidate, lie and twist.
