Seriously, don't get me started about Puerto "Rich"o. The worst example of how to piss off an entire sales force. Sell one additional script/pill/vial and win international award. The florida scam has always been known, just not publicized. Where's the leadership in this company? They don't care, because they are reaping rewards up the ladder.
 






Fair? really? you thought the incentive process/goal setting was fair? Listen , nothing in this company is fair. If it benefits someone up above then its fair, reps just accept what is handed down to them. Deal with it!
 






























Maybe if you whiners didn't waste so much time checking other peoples goals and results and actually focused on your own you'd make money and win awards. Like someone else wrote, your are all LOSERS!!!!!
 












This is such a joke. A territory is getting double credit thus unfairly screwing up all the payouts and subsequent rankings. But because RDs , Kams, ASMs,and Specialist are reaping the rewards NOBODY has the balls to do the right thing ! I am not a loser nor is my territory doing poorly I just continue to be amazed at the lack of integrity starting from the top and working its way down through the Ranks. So yes when these idiots walk across the stage to win Presidents Club or Cornerstone the ultimate joke is on all of us who do our job, do the right thing, and continue to have to grab our ankles and take this crap !

Nobody said life is fair my friend. I will be thinking of you though when I walk across the stage. Oh yeah, one more thing work harder and maybe one day you will make it to Presidents Club.
 












OMG, I just checked the tracker and FL CANCER Carve out is getting double credit!! Somebody has got to go down for this, everyone has got to know!! How can this happen, I don't have a chance to beat them!!

Hey Jimenez, Can you please fire the people that are giving the FL Cancer Carve Out double credit on the Afinitor Launch Tracker too? I am sure everyone is in on it to make themselves look good!! I am sure if you ask a few tough questions, this will be fixed so our carve-out can compete too!! Totally unfair!!
 






How do you goal a drug that people die in in 5 months? I find it odd that my goals keep climbing despite our 4.9 PFS data and 6 players in the market. For fuck sake..there's only 51 thousand new cases a year in the USA. We're not selling Diovan folks. Can we say "off label promotion"???? This company just loves to get sued. I'm disgusted with this company and this job.

You make some good points. How much business are you really going to get with 6 players and all a good option. Let's face it there really isn't any that stand out better than the rest. Also, good point about the job.
 






We lost another great Afinitor rep. 2nd Mike Lellyo award winner gone and great rep!! Sucks that all the good reps are leaving and we are all left with the old crusty reps that are just hanging on for retirement and complain all the time!!
