Afinitor Goals for Carve Outs Unfair!!

Anyone notice that the people making huge goals and large bonuses have very small volume? I am in a large TOPA type carve out territory and I have a huge goal (over 150 scripts) of Afinitor and noticed the FL Cancer Carve out has only 42 scripts and they are at 174% of goal on the latest report? Also, I looked and they must be getting double credit on the tracker!! I counted the number of scripts in the prescriber detail report and they have 21 scripts detailed, but 42 in the launch summary? That doesn't seem fair that they are getting double credit for some reason? I hope they fix this goaling and the Weekly tracker so the large volume carve outs can compete!! This is killing my rankings even though I am bringing in the business!!

FYI- The managing directors receive a goal. He controls how much goal each person will have. If you MD doesn' t like you. You will have a higher than normal goal. I can't believe they have this much power. N must be afraid of a lawsuit and wants the MD to be accountable and not them.

Oh my gosh, I just checked and the Carve Out in Florida (where all the old people are) has a goal of 6 a month, mine is like 40!! Then I look and they are getting double credit too!! How screwed up is this!! Those reps are making bank!! Oh well, most of this job is luck anyway, good goals and a screwed up spreadsheet = Presidents Club!!

Agreed! Just checked latest tracker and you are right!! Must be a payoff or something to make that carveout look good and save somebody's butt!! They are getting double credit, no bulk orders or PDRP's, just double credit!

Thanks Confucious! Anyway, can someone please look at the Afinitor Weekly Prescriber Report and look under the prescriber detail for the Florida Cancer Center carve out, then look at the Launch Summary Report and see they are getting double credit!!! I can't compete in my carve out with an error that give a competing territory double credit!. They are getting double credit for some reason? How is this happening? I want to go to the Cayman Islands, but can't due to this error!! Someone please bring this up to the powers that be!!! I think some guy named Teets is in charge of this tracker at the home office!! This needs to be corrected!!

No worries. Posting about it here will definitely take care of the problem. Dumb shit.

This message board works!! Watch and see, they will fix this and show Florida Cancer reps are really at 85% of goal, not 175%. You would be mad too if you missed President's club due to a spreadsheet formula error!!!

Stop your freaking crying. You can kiss all those goals good bye with the next round of data from clinical trials. NET did not work out so well, did it? Did you see the ODAC? Try selling this with a negative survival benefit

If you have convinced yourself that posting here is the way to solve the issue you should be fired, not worrying about president's club.

I am sure many special deals are being made for these carve outs. They have been a huge failure and they have to make them look good to save high level jobs! You are right, they are getting double credit. Oh well, wish I was one of them!!! Half this job is luck and the other half is being on the right side of politics!!

FL cancer will be gone soon as a viable territory...payouts and revenues produced are totally out of wack.....along with the goal setting process in general. Come to think of it, we need to get rid of the incentives dept....
