It is a good product that is in a saturated market space. I think it will do better with collegium behind it. Ironshore had no clue what to do with it.

Heard Managers Micro-manage everything…they want you IN offices at 8 am sharp until 5 pm. They track every minute of your day!! Have fun!! ;}

hard drug to sale, no coverage and have to go thru Step Therapy. Managers are brutal

This is nothing more than an entry-level role. The product is a me-too with poor coverage. The managers don’t really have leadership experience and are merely recent promotions from the Ironshore buyout. Yes, micromanagement is expected as the Ironshore peeps need to gain approval from the Collegium old guard.

Yes!! They make you do expense reports and everything.

Hyundai Santa Fe or Volvo for car.
Major micro managing.

there are trackers in the vehicles to account for each minute of your day. Managers are "Debbie-Do-Gooders" and trying their best to look relevant!!! No way this drug will be written, no MC and way to $$$$

Its a good product but in a saturated market. Over time the management style has become micro. The pay is low for what is suppose to be a specialty job. . Only time will tell.....

Agree with above. Things are starting to be matrix driven. I think it is more about checking the box than sales. I still think we are in a better place with collegium then we were with Ironshore. More stable
