The managers don’t really have leadership experience and are merely recent promotions from the Ironshore buyout. Yes, micromanagement is expected as the Ironshore peeps need to gain approval from the Collegium old guard.
 








































there are trackers in the vehicles to account for each minute of your day. Managers are "Debbie-Do-Gooders" and trying their best to look relevant!!! No way this drug will be written, no MC and way to $$$$
 
























Its a good product but in a saturated market. Over time the management style has become micro. The pay is low for what is suppose to be a specialty job. . Only time will tell.....
 
















not sure anymore. was pretty happy here for a while, but now everything seems to be headed towards a "big pharma" mentality, as much as they say otherwise...
Agree with above. Things are starting to be matrix driven. I think it is more about checking the box than sales. I still think we are in a better place with collegium then we were with Ironshore. More stable
