The truth is there is a limited future in this division. Do not apply for any of the open spots if you can avoid it. The drug is still too much money vs competition. The pay on Acute Care team is way under what it should be compared to other companies. The Alexion people are over compensated vs AZ people but that will change. There are zero perks being on the team. The expectations are high and no real possibility of making those numbers. So pass on the position if you can.
