This is 100% correct. No hope without the biggest payers in the country. Our leadership keeps saying "we have good coverage". Lies.
 






they have already begun the the behind the scenes work to merge certain TAs and split others. All in an effort to hold on to as much business as possible while reducing headcount.

They know come Feb 19 Medicare is most likely gone.
