We need to trim the fat. They should start with the Ilumya team. The derm team could have launched it better anyway.

I’m not on the tildra team but it doesn’t look like there’s any fat there.
Just my opinion, but with with pdt and acne business so far behind, and with taro sucking wind, my thought is those teams are all combined. I mean pdt isn’t rocket science, nor are generic topicals, doxy or isotretonoin.
If if we’re a derm, would I want 3 of us knocking on my door ?

I can only speak for Absorica, but the reason we are so far behind is the same reason Illumya isn’t getting to the patient. Not for the lack of prescriptions written, but the lack of support from Sun.

Face the facts-
1. Taro has nothing to sell, they are history
2. Dusa is a commodity sell, they could handle sales through the telephone and small service force
3. Absorica is nothing making goals and comes off patent soon
4. Ximino is a joke and is not making real money
5. Ilumya too new to make judgments, reps will probably get until late 2019

All points are accurate and fair.
I’d hedge that a major change will take place re: #s 1-4 above. On or near March 31st.

I find this thread very comical. To the person who responded face the facts , you still didn’t address the question at hand. They never said things weren’t wrong, but merely asked for the facts!
