And who exactly will the plaintiff be in this fantasy civil proceeding? You claim that Quest Diagnostics suffered damages, but they have no complaints? Will they also be a defendant? For that matter, what is the complaint? When is this trial? Will I be informed, or will it be held in secret? I hate to disappoint you son, but without answers to those questions, I wouldn’t even know what to ask an attorney. But I can tell you that if I do fall into a deep depression, as you predict, that I’ll have the good sense to call Dr. Laura. This isn’t about quest, read the annual and quarterly reports from your former company. That explains in black and white who the plaintiff is and some of what is being investigated.
You are part of that investigation along with all your former co workers.

This isn’t about Quest? Well I guess that’s good news. Have they accounted for all the “missing specimens” that were “stolen” from their own double crossing reps? Did they study the “management reports”? I thought you said that all the information was there? What about the “recordings”? What about the ”emails”? Were the clients interviewed? Did in-house security complete the investigation? What about the Feds? The Medicare fraud? The lies and the drug abuse? Are the employees safe? Are the shareholders satisfied? Have they been made whole?

Also, hard to believe that you are involved with taking specimens from quest and bringing them to Sherman abrams.

I choked when I read this, you know damn well about the Fresenius investigation, you were questioned multiple times. It’s in the annual report, yes Medicare, Medicaid, physician payoffs and kickbacks. Go look, this is fact.

So if you are going to deny this, we know the rest is probably true. Considering the fact of your denials on Fresenius.

I don’t expect you to admit your wrong doing. But why continue answering these allegations, if they were patently false, you would laugh and stay away. But they are the unmitigated truth.

Is it true that the little guy was already fired from AccuReference?

Who is he going to bs now? He does have the ability to get business, although he needs to find a lab that allows for physician payoff and kickbacks. What labs are left that allow for this practice.

Not to mention the fact that many doctors no longer want to do business this way.

He will find out that his ways were never acceptable. Let’s also see if he can get the few losers jobs that he drags along with him, especially KR and CW.

All KR business was the little guys. But now, that business is no longer available. Will this be his worst summer ever?

Try talking about your success stories fir a change.Any of them. How about just one of them. Hate to break this to you, but CP isn’t going to send you a check for the countless hours that you waste, complaining about others on this site. We get things done, son.
