Can we just agree that there are too many people in positions of authority at HSP that have the little man complex and/or no managerial chops whatsoever? Way to many VPs and directors and that needs to change.
 






















































"stop crying" what? So let me get this straight...we are owed money that we made busting our asses and we are expected to roll over and not care that hospira is not paying us?

Last time I looked there are many of the ACCS team NOT getting paid the big payouts. Not all of us are making a "ton of money"...yes the ride is over, but just because you think we are overpaid (working nights inservicing til 2am and in the hospitals at 6am inservicing constantly...but you say not working?) doesn't mean most of us aren't busting our ass to sell.

Most hospital pharma jobs are paying more ...it is not about that it is about getting paid for what your work, last time I looked the higher ups are still getting their paychecks...you don't NOT pay your reps because your sales reporting has been screwed up for a year and a half. If a rep did something this negligent for that long then well they would be fired. ACCOUNTABILITY is what Mike Ball says...where is it?

So how much longer is the sales force going to wait for posted sales to show up to get paid out?
It is now 4 th Q and We are waiting for payouts from Q2, which is late again! They have us between a rock and a hard place, might need to talk to the department of Labor, wages division?

Well...yet again things at Hospira are completely screwed up! No pay for what we were owed YET AGAIN for 1st and 2nd qtrs! Thanks Bob Lyman...for single handedly bringing down morale ...who cares some of us are owed thousands...who cares that this is our livelihood...

Hospira is the most screwed up company I have ever worked for in my life...and that is saying something. Mike Ball seems like a great CEO, but how he can put up with this blatent incompetence for over a year is beyond me!

I wonder what would happen if Bob Lyman didn't get a paycheck for over 4 months????

Mike Ball please do something about accountability...

How can you have a sales system that hasn't worked in over 15 months? Why are field sales held accountable in all areas of the drug shortages, etc, yet no one cares whether or not sales services is held accountable for this mess...

We are not getting paid for our work...it just isn't right...I cannot believe that you don't understand this is our livelihood...

The mere fact you consider Mike Ball a great CEO tells me your standard for greatness is set very low. Bob Lyman has been a stellar employee for many years. I think there maybe more to this than it seems.

Amen bro.....Both are light weights, why do you think they are here? Who in hell would hire them other than the Titanic, uh, Hospira?

There is a LOT more to it and by the time these fools do their dirty work, we'll all be gone.
