Accountability plans 0 to 1 scripts

For reps with 0 to 1 scripts, the company is making these reps send daily accountability plans with name of provider, patient type, date of follow up, pharmacy used etc. All of this information will be gathered and used against a rep. at a later date (in the coming weeks/months). This data collection can then be used against a rep to put together a corrective or improvement plan and allows the manager to have zero accountability. Here at kowa, everything falls on the reps while these corporate fat cats sit on their ass and watch the reps do all the grunt work, stating the obvious without a lot of substance. What a way to motivate your reps. Data entry and zero company accountability. But hey, the future is bright!

That’s right. The regional managers and district managers need to start calling the regional VPs at the retail pharmacies, helping to secure speakers, reaching out to physicians themselves. They sit back and rely on the reps to do everything without any tangible support

Upper management creates lists. Some lists you do not want to be on. If you’re on a certain list, shame on you. We have a great product, with cutting edge technology, and a copay card! This should be an easy sell, right? And NOW, we have the MME information buried in the slides. Slides which I might add, that providers lose interest two to three in. I look to be on a plan and fired by Labor Day. There is little interest in this product.

It makes no sense to have reps with very little scripts to write their own account plans with commitments and take time away from the field when they should be trying to get in front of doctors
