Accountability is the catch phrase at Novartis being parroted. Maybe good old Jorge should hold himself accountable and step down.

Hire/fire culture, bean counting, failed launches, and poor investments. How does someone pull the strings for this long with such mediocre results.

Every single board member and country leads/regional CEOs have failed with our stock price being stagnant over the last 5 years. If you or I didn't show any performance change over 5 years am pretty sure we wouldnt have our jobs.
