Is it really possible to do this job "part-time"? I am considering accepting a clinical role and it would be nice to be able to do some other things on the side. After reading all these posts, I figured this division of JNJ wont be around for very much longer and I could milk some money and benefits out of them.

This company is toast. Being absorbed into the big mothership of JNJ. Closing PA. Trying to move headquarters to OC. We'll see how many take the bait. we are going to have to deal with all the internal chaos while we try to make quota.

Is this a whistleblower case (qui tam) or a criminal case resulting from a qui tam investigation? Sounds like some high level executives with detailed information shared info with the DOJ.

No. It looks like some ex-high level executives got indicted. I don't think any 'executives' shared any information. Unless you may be referring to RL and that is probably the only reason that asshole still has a job at Acclarent.
