Dear designated race bating baby, there is an overwhelming tendency to hire the best candidate. Do outliers exist? Yes. You present a weak argument for very simple reasons. First, your hiring scenario is based on conjecture and no concrete discriminatory hiring practices. Good luck proving that in a court of law. Maybe a minority candidate didn’t like the outcome and wasn’t the best candidate? Should the hiring manager(s) have based their decision on race, or merit? If there was a clear discrepancy between the minority and non minority candidate, and the superior (in this case white) candidate was slighted because he/she wasn’t a minority isn’t that racist? Because “you” cry racism doesn’t make it so. Because a hiring panel consists of white people doesn’t automatically confer racist practices. Well, according to you, it does. The next question is, what can’t you wait for?? Who is “Little Johnny” and what does that mean? You’re all over the place and present ZERO credibility nor possess a modicum of common sense. At the end, your “pay back is a bitch” mentality is what is wrong with this society, and you’re one of the people leading the racist charge. Millennials aren’t about just rhetoric and talk and know BS when they see. All White Male Hiring Panels should have ended Decades ago and deemed illegal. But, Follow the money. You’ve had such a great head start, you should have no problem heading off to the woods. What your intentions are...speaks volumes but its just something else you don’t see. Everyone else is to blame and is crazy but yet its you that wants to head to the woods by yourself.
Another point that keeps being brought up is, “what if the white male was just more qualified than the other candidates? I’m sure there are instances when that is the case but I am sure that there are also times when they are pretty equal and some when the other candidate is a better choice. In 95 % of all instances the white male/female will get the job offer. So run don’t walk to the woods and GFY.

maybe hr can be different as well. blinded hiring panels. mixed business hiring panels. skip level hiring panels with overweight advantage. A comment period for all hiring. post all diversity goals by the business. no more hiring, just placement of candidates for entry level positions. ( that's my favorite ). At every business level, add a DI grade 21 person to keep watch and add value.

The fact that this theory is being promulgated in the main stream indicates the country is on the road to the 3rd world.

Small? Horseshit. That is another fucking excuse. There is a lot of talent out there - raw talent. Managers continue to hire Sally Pinkpanties with 7 years of experience in Farktard. Sally is easy to hire, easy to train and picks up the role quickly. Easy Sally is not what we need.

How did they find Sally? Probably the same comfortable process they know. And that is the problem. You have to be different to hire differently.

Its a cycle that has to be unmade.
