There is no "new" organization. It's that same old tired Quest that you've been so proud of taking business from. Quest what? The few reps that Quest chooses to keep will be assigned a book of business and you will get endure the frustration of watching that book slowly bleed away as you have no power to follow-through on commitments and Quest fails to provide adequate service from the lab, billing, customer service, etc.

The game has changed and you've been left behind. We know you're hiding your pain in the smarmy snippets but your pain is real. You need to accept the facts. Embrace it, even.

Half of Sold-off's sales team and managers are former Quest. There's a reason they left Quest and never looked back. They took pleasure in taking business from Quest. Hate Quest. Literally HATE Quest and everything about Quest.

You can own whatever you want, add whatever value you have, it won't matter - you will be paid tens of thousands of dollars less by Quest. Top performers, errr shining stars, will make over $100,000.00/year less with Quest regardless of what you do.

Your false bravado actually accentuates your insecurity. Really makes it stand out. Really sad in reality. Your world is crumbling and you have no control. You must feel impotent.

What a crock! The reps may not like it but I assure you that the management will be looking to infuse Quest with some solid talent. Here is the key, if the rep is TOP 10-20% caliber then they in. Same with managers. Ive been through this before but they can't keep everyone.
If you are TOP talent then here is the deal:
-Look for another job first as you never know what is out there.
-If you are a middle 50% performer there is not likely room on the raft so use this time as your severance, its ok just dont waste time
 






It is a fact that Quest has had difficulty producing revenue growth over the past year. Guidance for 2014 is less than impressive. With this as a given, Quest would be foolish not to bring on the better Solstas reps. I would not be surprised if Quest had significant input as to who was retained when Solstas cut sales positions last fall. The bottom 50% of Quest reps in the Solstas footprint should be very concerned.
