Absolutely 100% accurate.
And shame on those ‘less than 10’ people, who’ve been there more than 5 years. You should be ashamed the way you’ve lied to people interviewing for their livelihood and careers. The core functions of sales, marketing, access and ops have turned over 2-3 times in the past 5 years, except for those 10.
They are useless liars.

This guy is no CEO! Chief Executive Officers report to the board and there is only one of them. He at best a General Manager. He runs the place like a sweat shop factory in India. He has no idea how things really work. He wants to see profits but has no vision on how to make it happen. The company culture is shit. Abhay doesn’t inspire, rather he repels, hence the constant turnover. DS doesn’t trust any Americans, so forget ever getting a leader with the experience to succeed and DS won’t have the commitment or patience to do what it takes to turn things around. They have lost so much talent and developed such a bad reputation things will never be fixed. No one with real talent would ever waste their time with this dump.
