Honesty, do you really think most of Reps make over $150,000 per year?? It's a hard job but pay and benefits are ok but it comes down to the people you work for and with. Corporate culture is changing and not for better. Becoming more and more like big pharma.

This company has failed at every turn since acquiring from Valeant. They botched the January rollout with a Youtube video and no product bundling. They promoted sales managers who have had territories with decreasing numbers instead of holding them accountable. Take a look at FL. They are now getting ready to launch a mid face product that will do nothing in the marketplace as Voluma owns the market.

So go ahead, provide some specific rebuttal.

This place is a mess - If you read some of the responsible posts listed on this site - you will see that they invested over 1.4 billion to be in aesthetics. They know nothing about the space and they are leaving the Rx business behind. So the parent company Nestle wants their payback on the investment in a 3-5 year time frame. Hence, the unreasonable and unrealistic goals. The quota adjustments are to keep everyone from running to the exits all at once and the business is and will be a complete cluster you know what for the foreseeable future. People are warning all to Stay away from this company , it has been a mess for over 3 years and despite the deep pockets the management both here and overseas has no idea how to fix it. The good managers have all left starting about 3 years ago and have secured leadership positions at other companies. Not a good future here for us. That is the truth. the front line managers are a bigger mess if you can believe it. Stay away. Or if you are here - get out when and while you still can. The company is evolving to be an aesthetic company and it is a complete mess with really poor and inept leadership.
