9 Hcv reps have already quit today!

And they had a ton of loyal cardio reps. It's a joke they thought cardio reps could not sell it. Cardio is competitive. They acted like Metabolics was tough. Hormones are crazy easy. No science like cardio. Oh well. Abbvie should have utilized there own. Sad

Management is incredibly arrogant, imho, no one is good enough for them, and yet their mediocrity is written all over the walls. This will be their achilles heel. The end is near. I can hardly wait.

The problem is they lowballed all the experienced vertex reps. 122 was an insult. Then they micromanaged. The culture here sucks. And their plan sucks. They should have let these vertex reps run the show.

Many more will be leaving. They are getting what they deserve.

how is 122 an insult when they didn't even have a job? spoiled brats. while some vertex reps are good, the assumption that they all are just because they had a good drug is ridiculous. a few were grateful human beings, but most were materialistic shallow whiners.

Why is it you call the people who want more money materialistic but you kiss the asses of the top dogs, showerring them with accolades for making themselves lots of money. The cheap asses on the top want to keep it for themselves. They think it's an employer's market. Not quite yet. There are still some companies out there paying far better. This is such a cheapass company. Only the top of the caste system get the perks. Hope Shire holds out for more and more and squeezes those asses real tight. I love watching it.

POWER TO THE PEEPS!!!!!!!!!! HCV management is a bunch of capitalistic mongrels!

I knew at least 4 of the reps that quit. We all worked together once upon a time. Vertex turned these 4 people into arrogant assholes who thought they were better than everyone. Vertex lasted what...2 years?? It's not like their whole career was full of top of the line pay, cars etc. When they are at BI with Harper it'll be the same...big pharma is big pharma...I actually hope they get insanely micro managed!! Over at BI they'll still complain cuz it's not Vertex and they'll wonder if they should've stayed with Abvie. Instead of appreciating what they have, they turned into greedy unlikable people:-(. Good riddance!!

The Rare Disease arena is not the same! Big pharma or not! If you think these people are going to be micromanaged then you don't understand the rare diease market! Stay where you are at and watch what happens in the market.
