Finally. someone gets it. If you do things the way they should be done, admin, Concur, etc., then your Q manager is more likely to watch your back if the JJ manager gets a little weird. We are easy targets if sales are not there, we'll get blamed first. So, if you can't do your admin stuff right, (let's be honest, a 10 year old could do that) and get your monthly reports in on time without exposing more slaps on the wrist to J&J, you'll do ok. I have found this to be true with my manager here at Q at least. If they need something done, he explains why. When someone leaves Q, they, Q, don't get paid for services rendered, and then it takes 3 months for a replacement. That's why Q wants to keep you in the field, billing for your time.
