I guess the stock had to go below $100 before the board gets rid of Flem and his band. They are worried about their jobs too as they bring in huge salaries and have been a part of Flem' s awful decision making. They should all be fired.... sad what they were able to do

This board brought FO in to sell Shire, hence the over-inflated price of 225+. When that didn't happen the floor fell out. Now FO and his cast of looneytoons are left to try and grow a business. Something they know nothing about. It's all smoke and mirrors to try to make a "used car" look good on the lot for a prospective buyer. They will never build a "Mercedes"

We have the prefect storm now - FO has bragged he’s done all the streamlining so nobody buys us for the chance to cut costs. All the talent is leaving or left, so nobody is buying us for that, no pipeline, bad numbers - so our fab leaders eliminated any takeover premium or any buyer looking for good revenue. The stock demonstrate abject failure and no confidence by the investors in the Board or leadership.
 






Flem is really a clever player. Lucky to have him and Perry running this show. Great things are on the horizon for us, Don't be listening to the fired bloke who's mum still wipes his arse fer him.

Yep - he cleverly lowered the stock price to a near 5 year low. He cleverly shed his senior leadership, saddled the company with debt, and in a masterstroke achieved a historically low approval rating on Glassdoor. Nice insight.
