5 Days in the field for NBU RD’s

Are you kissing me? Offices are sick of seeing us, never mind having a manager too....desperation isn’t a good look. This isn’t the fix.

DO A REALIGNMENT!! The PED/Adult split didn’t work. You gave it a try and it failed; miserably.

Recut the territories back to 1 rep Per geography based on volume. Forget specialties, etc.

Offer a decent package to get reps to volunteer to leave. You will be left with the people who want to be here. Talk to the people who know how this business operates. I am sorry to have to lose some reps, but it would be much better for the business. If you offer a decent package, many will happily go.

This isn’t the answer. Bombarding offices with more manager calls will succeed only in ruining relationships.

Mydayis is a great product. But it’s not incrementally better than or different from Vyvanse enough to make a big difference. If you had just stayed with Vyvanse and have a similar deductible assistance card, we would have been blowing the doors off with Vyvanse.

We should not be in this mess. It’s all PS’s fault.

The other item of notation is when the cut the territories and did the adult/ped split they introduced indexing..

Remember, commercial rx worth more than Medicaid. Well they scrapped that after another fail by HQ with data— and now those territories have never been re-cut based on volume.

Let’s get back to profitability and either index or don’t pay at all for Medicaid!

I mean look at those ped territories; most losing market share but KILLING it with goal attainment.

Thats an understatement. When you go through times like this (buyout, downsizing) real leaders should try to be transparent and empathetic for the uncertainty that people are going through. RDs should be out there, but not to ball bust and definitely not for five days a week. They should be engaging with their top people, talking to customers where needed and being a normal human being. Some of this can even be accomplished by phone. Outside of that, stay out of the fucking way. No one wants to see you unless you can tell them whats going on.

I think we forget these doctors are here for their patients first. They don’t mind taking a few minutes to spend time with us but not do the horse and pony show with managers ALL the time.

This move by Parry Mark and Kevin proves they do not care about our customers or the patients or the managers or us. They only think of themselves. Please explain how this decision helps our customers and patients? I will be waiting for the answer leadership

They think they can strong arm these HCPs into writing our products. They don’t care about the patients. None of our customers want to see us all that often let alone our managers.

The one bright spot is now these managers can get a taste of real life as it pertains to “carrying the bag.” It won’t be so easy for them them to get in and push people around. These managers all feel like they are fighting for their jobs and the desperation will show.

Lucky for most of us reps, we already know our jobs are pretty much over. At least we can focus on getting another job ASAP.

They did the same thing, RD’s spending 5 days in the field for the OBU. All it did was piss of the doctors. This is not primary care and it is not 1990...lets find some New tactics.

Right about Perry being a piece of shit who can't lead. Wrong to think Mark and Kevin are not just as incompetent. Mark is the brain child behind adult/pediatric territories. We told him not to do it and he was trying to make a name for himself and did it anyways. He is a fool. As for Kevin.... just look and listen to him on stage.... "can you do that for me gang?" How did one of these three get to their positions? And we are lucky enough at Shire NBU to be led by all three at the same time. SMH
 






Are the 3 stooges aka Perry Mark and Kevin aware that more and more offices are not allowing reps in their offices with managers because of companies making these types of decisions. This does not help us. It hurts. Where were the ZD's voices when Perry brought this up on a call.... oh let me guess Brandy Peckham told him what a great idea it was. This company has turned into a sham. I was here before Brandy. Outperformed her every quarter as a rep in the field. She was average. She became an RD. Never won an award as an RD and her team couldn't stand her. Let's promote her to ZD. WHY??? You love yes men and women around you. Open your ears and listen to facts from people in the field. Get your heads out of each other's assee and stop patting each other on the back saying good job. None of you are doing a good job for those you are supposed to be leading. We don't want to follow you.

The whole mydayis thing is a scam. They are treating all territories equally when they aren't. They are setting people up to fail including all the spineless RDs. It's like a pyramid scheme where they fill your head with lies about success being in your reach if you "work hard enough" and "have grit." They want you to ignore what is literally staring you in the face and make you commit to seeing an empty glass as "half full."

Notice how KC didn't roll out this ridiculous plan! These cucks are the worst. If you value your livelihood get out as fast as you can.
