Josh, Tim and Greg view everyone has disposable. All the BS they spewed last week about people was empty. Turnover is a cost of doing business. And if a top performer leaves, even better. The cost to replace them is usually less than the larger bonuses, and higher salary, especially when factoring in vacancy time. It’s all math. And those saved dollars go into Josh’s pocket. And Greg will get a few pennies. Tim just stays employed because he can’t get a job anywhere else. On an even more depressing note, let’s welcome generic Vyvanse to the party!
