401k match

While Frosty engages in recent insider trading (look it up), he can’t even match the $ he is required to BY LAW! I’ve filed a complaint with the US Dept of Labor. We’ll see. They’re probably in his pocket as well!
 


















It has been three months and still no word on a 401k contribution yet Frost declares earnings of .05 a share. Is the unmet 401k match listed as an unpaid debt on the income statement? I’d ask but have been told to only bring unicorns and rainbows to the ambassador council calls.
 






The Ambassador calls would be a waste of time. Best bet would be to initiate a call to the investors that are on the Earnings calls. Let them ask the question of whether or not OPKO intends to pay the match. They all can not be in “the club”. Logal will have to answer them.

The Ambassador Council is composed of kool-aid drinking suck-ups. Our Region rep makes me so sick, I know that his/her kool-aid flavor changes each week. This one thinks she/he is the chosen one and that his/her poop doesn’t stink.
 






Hey Frosty you cheap-ass SOB, thanks for yet another Fidelity statement showing you have yet again failed to meet your legal obligation to fund the 401k. You are a fake; a fraud; a charlatan. Maybe you should run for president.
 






Will someone please address the 401k match. Communication on the subject matter would be appreciated. It’s a shame Patty can not handle this matter after several requests from the field. Ownership and accountability are very big words with several letters in them. Someone needs to tell her she can use spell check. Now there is a new strategy.

When it comes down to management vs us pions, Ilene will always side/protect management regardless if us pions are in the right. Can’t be trusted.
