What kind of employer holds back basic compensation, that’s already earned, from its employees? Not being upfront and transparent about these things is beyond toxic and evil. Ten months later, Patty has proven herself to be the worst hire. She fired those that deserved to be fired, sure. Sadly, she knows that she herself is untouchable. Hopefully, those above Charlie are not so naive nor blinded by Patty’s voodoo spells.
