$40,000 retention bonuses to ESBRIET reps????????

Passed over for an ecosystem role? Such anger - you don't have the right mindset. No role and no retention for you. Buh-bye - take your anger elsewhere

Oh, You'll be seeing me around, and in the role I've been given..........You will not be able to hide, and blame others. Time for you to be held accountable.

Not jealous......not angry.......just looking forward to seeing the people responsible for Esbriet being held personally accountable for the surrender of marketshare to OFEV.
Another knee-slapper from angry guy. You're a barrel of laughs - you will be easy to spot with throngs of people all around you at this ridiculous meeting laughing at your hilarity! Keep 'em coming you joker - this is great!

The point is being made by the hiring............Dummy.

You're right. Most Esbriet reps come from small biotech, rare disease sales.
As such they know how to work in competitive environments, uncover need for therapy and find untreated patients. In essence the job requires BRAINS. It is clear GENE and it's cult-like mentality prefers go-with-the-flow "yes-men" like yourself.........so yes - they are keeping zombies like you who need constant coaching and direction and letting real talent graduate on to companies that are looking for people who know how to sell. Congrats - you are one of the morons who was kept and thinks there is a future here, puff out your chest and keep telling everyone how great you are.

Yes, your rare disease education is incredibly utilized. Look at your marketshare. Of course you will cast blame onto others. Simple fact. You are losing marketshare to a drug with an inferior side effect profile. This drug needs closers........More so than any other product. IPF diagnosis, PA, Ship Drug. The docs are reaching for OFEV, and you are too intimidated to ask them why? Instead, you blame marketing, or anyone of your other support staff. I think the MSL's currently the excuse du jour.

Someone from Esbriet get a spot over you in an ecosystem or something? You're bitter dude - find an outlet and release your anger. WTF would anyone with a brain want to stay here.....oh wait - i see now why you're so intent on staying.
