At the point of being down to 4 reps, hopefully they farm the reps out to other managers. Doesn't make business sense to pay a manager to manage that small amount of reps. But Amarin has no business sense so who knows?

Sounds like our manager also. We keep losing reps. From the beginning of the overhire, the company planned for "attrition". Now, with the ship seemingly going down, company and management seem to be stepping up the (already rampant) ageism, the negativity and micromanagement to all but personal favorites. It's the common pharma theme: hire unqualified middle management - individuals who get giddy with "power" and enjoy bullying - basically hyenas perfect for thinning the herd.
