"Coaching" aka justifying being paid way too much to approve expense reports and annoy your reps w/ BS assignments. Pretty laughable. It's hard to learn anything when your "coach" is bottom tier in the intelligence department.

Sounds like our manager also. We keep losing reps. From the beginning of the overhire, the company planned for "attrition". Now, with the ship seemingly going down, company and management seem to be stepping up the (already rampant) ageism, the negativity and micromanagement to all but personal favorites. It's the common pharma theme: hire unqualified middle management - individuals who get giddy with "power" and enjoy bullying - basically hyenas perfect for thinning the herd.
