Former employee here and perennial top performer. Sad to see little has changed. I agree with a former poster: Great people, including middle and upper mgmt with a few exceptions. great product. Terrible process. And therein lies the rub. CEO and senior VP failure and unwillingness to change process, including comp plan. Sad for those of you not making plan. It's not necessarily a reflection of whether you are a good rep or not. I've done my time in the trenches and I know how grueling it can be. That's why there is so much anger and vitriol on CF because it's a Damn hard job when you are fighting internal process every day to save face, both for you and for Zoll. But you are your own brand. Remember that. Other opportunities will come in time. I saw my out. Glad I took it. But had some great times at Zoll and made good money too. Best of luck to all of you and hope things improve.
