3 open VP positions: smells like rotten new leadership

AWESOME. Yes, the weird posts all say the same thing and never have an ounce of validity to them. Not one piece of actual information, just childish comebacks. I'm kind of glad .. shows potential candidates how the leadership behaves at this company.

There are inhouse people in marketing set up by JW, whose job is to scan and post positive comments on cafepharma. It's one giant scam.

Yea .. but more than a scam, its just one more plan that is ineffective from upper management. The comments are meaningless and only reinforce what TMs and RMs are saying here. What a stupid plan.

Former employee here and perennial top performer. Sad to see little has changed. I agree with a former poster: Great people, including middle and upper mgmt with a few exceptions. great product. Terrible process. And therein lies the rub. CEO and senior VP failure and unwillingness to change process, including comp plan. Sad for those of you not making plan. It's not necessarily a reflection of whether you are a good rep or not. I've done my time in the trenches and I know how grueling it can be. That's why there is so much anger and vitriol on CF because it's a Damn hard job when you are fighting internal process every day to save face, both for you and for Zoll. But you are your own brand. Remember that. Other opportunities will come in time. I saw my out. Glad I took it. But had some great times at Zoll and made good money too. Best of luck to all of you and hope things improve.

You wouldn't know good money if it jumped up and bit you in the pecker. CF haha

Made more then than a lot of doctors I know you dumbass, and I guarantee I make more than you now. So stop wasting your time masturbating to CF and go find youself some "good money" if you can. Karma's a bitch, but only for sheople like you. I thought I made a relatively well-thought and intended comment and you have to be a little bitch.

Yes - sad when you spend half your workday struggling against your own company. I've never been at a place where I've had to make so many excuses to customers and to PSRs to cover up the dysfunction. It is embarrassing.

you give me hope. i can't wait until i can get out of this. this is the greatest dysfunction i'v e ever seen in my life. also the greatest amount of arrogance from leadership i've EVER seen. if they only knew how far outside of industry standards they would be ashamed.

No kidding. Case in point, now they are going to fix the sum of all this dysfunction with a $7,000 bounty on new orders? If EVER there was confirmation that they have NO idea why growth has stalled, this is it. Like we've been just hanging out all this time lacking motivation? Seriously? I'd like to think when this doesn't work, they'll finally see we are not the problem. But they probably won't.
