totally agree with the last post

as a senior managament in NVS....I can definetely tell you....that about half the behavior ratings are pure manipulations...

sue the crap out of NVS...and your manager

while you have a lawsuit...they CANNOT fire you...otherwise it is an obvious attempt on their part to get back at you...

I call BS on this post! You're clearly not senior management, as you can't even write a posting in correctly. Additionally, if you were in senior management you would know that there is documentation for every 1 and all managers agreed to the rating during the calibrations.
