Interesting, he quit smoking 11 years before he started taking Actos yet Takeda can't seem to connect the link. Quit smoking = alive for 11 no problem. Patient gets placed on Actos = dead in 4 years. Couldn't have been the Actos..

Read page 32 of the Cooper evidence. An email from our very own Dan Orlando, sweeping this whole things under the rug. Also, multiple emails with Yasu showing no concern for the patient and only concerned about the profits. Is this why DO was forced out of Takeda?

Perhaps you need to update your research on Dr Ge. Her case was tossed out on it's ear. She and her husband Dr Bing Du are serial plaintiffs who sue their (past) employers. Ge and her groom lost their case against another employer as well. I'm sure she's ginning up another lawsuit against some other corporation that had the misfortune of hiring her.

(She and her husband Dr Bing Du are serial plaintiffs who sue their (past) employers.) Dr. Du only worked 3 months for Sunol Molecular Corporation, start-up Biotech Company owned by Taiwanese.

The similarity between this Taiwanese company and Takeda, a Japanese company is that they do not value the human life but money only. That Taiwanese company was set-up in Florida with no infrastructure or whatsoever, but registered in Delaware for the purpose of cheating the government grant and private investment. They used a test reagent in human trial that killed several patients and never told the FDA and the investigators that drug was prohibited to be used in human. Did Takeda also use the drug that was used for tube testing in lab for human trial?
 




Takeda paid a group people in university of Taiwan to write a paper that Actos did not induce bladder cancer on Taiwanese. Does Taiwanese belong to the same ethnic group with Japanese? There are more than 500 Japanese reported to the FDA in US that they had developed bladder cancer after taking Actos. This remembered me the history of Thalidomide. When the world discovered that Thalidomide caused more than 10,000 children born with birth defect, Grunenthal denied this publically with ignoring the fact that one of their employee’s wife gave a birth to their son with NO ears. Is there any Takeda's employee's wife who gave a birth to their child with three ears? LOL

Not only Dr. Bing Du sued Sunol for deception. Sunol owner's brother-in-law also sued Sunol of deception on signing an employment contract that made him almost loss his license to practice. Does Mr. Honda's brother-in-law sued him for deception?
 




What is the status of Omontys? Takeda told the FDA and the public earlier of this year that there were only 3 patients died from anaphylactic reaction. The truth revealed from the FDA's report that there were 22 patients died from anaphylactic reaction between 10/12 and 04/13 while Omontys was on market for less than a year. Did Omontys really showed equivalence to Darbe in NDA trial? That was bullshit, right? The patients who received transfusion had doubled or tripled in Omontys arm than those who received Darbe and that was why Takeda got the 11mg/dL HGB reading by the end of study. It was the transfusion that improved HGB reading on those who received Omontys, not the Omontys itself.

Takeda had bribed Congress, the senator, some of the FDA officers and Obama in order to get their drugs approved and better marketed in past, and bribe worked very well for Takeda.

Takeda inherited the cultural of bribe and fraud since many elected Japanese government officials who had either resigned or convicted for bribe and fraud, PERIOD.
