2500 cut or GOING TO BE CUT???










i actually found a good job, doesn't pay what pharma did, right now anyway, but I will be set in a year. went from sales to operations with a large insurance company. cant' wait for novartis to be calling on me as to market their products. that will be interesting.
 








Marketing for major health care organization. Used MBA/Phd in Health care Administration gained while working for Novartis. Leveraged relationships I had earned. Base >$150,000 plus push on each viable account. Will gross ~$250,000 for this year, will be my least profitable year since I have barely tapped the market. Never looked back to the days of begging and catering!!
 
























I did not take the Novartis severance package. I filed an EEOC complaint. I am fortunate enough that I did not need their package and I understand why others had to sign for the package.

I did same. We should see if we have more than three that did not take the package that are willing to join class action for age. Must be over 40

I'm thinking that there are some over 40 now, still employed that would join your class action...More than likely they will be let go this Dec...so why not have them join now, prior to their notice?
 
























It really doesn't matter if they signed agreement or not. The law is the law and if we can prove there was age discrimination then let the party begin.

This is true. If you took the severance package and were successful in a lawsuit and received an award the court would just reduce your award by the amount of the severance you previously received. Most people can or will not withstand the pressure of a lawsuit.
