Thanks for illustrating to the new folks what upper mgmt.'s attitude is towards the sales force. This is precisely why there is a 40% turnover. They don't even understand the job, let alone respect it.

25% of the sales force hit quota including managers and reps this month. What a joke this company is. unrealistic quotas and intake is slow to get authorizations so we get paid. Im applying to jobs tonight. I can't deal
With this bullshit and not getting paid. Bob Greene and Barry are the worse leaders yet. Stupid idiots have no solutions or backbone. They can't even fake it.

It has been 3 months and these numbers are unchanged. Given that the goals go up every 2 weeks, it is safe to say goal achievement will only go down through the end of the year. Maybe after all of the sales force has left Zoll, upper management will finally realize that the sales force does actually matter and that this growth model is idiotic.

Less than 33% of TMs are at plan and less than 10% of the RMs are at plan. Jason and Stan, would you please be so kind to send our families some food stamps and extra coupons?

The problem is that it's hard for find another decent job out there. I'm getting desperate but keep hoping things will change. This job is so easy.

I use my corporate card like an access card (food stamps). Expensing groceries is as easy as pie!
