Anyone not at least assessing the job market is a fool. Has nothing to do with whether you are at the bottom or top of the sales rankings. Could MM survive? Sure, but there is a better than average chance this ends badly . . . And quickly.
 






I agree, I am having a tough year and not hitting my number. So I blame Pete and management. This company is going to go bankrupt and we should all be looking for new positions

”Sales” of bulk packs of 4x4 mesh to physicians offices to treat dime sized wounds is not great sales skills. It’s inducing fraud. Enjoy explaining to the DOJ why 95% of the grafts you sold were oversized. FYI - “That’s what my office ordered!” Isn’t going to cut it

My manager said to tell the office “I know of other offices that fold the mesh graph in half to get it to fit the wound.” My manager sent in a text from his personal phone what the margin was on an EpiFix 4x4 mesh.
 






It’s funny to me how people cannot look at what has happened over the last 12 months and not come to the conclusion this ship is sinking fast.
- Top 4 executives terminated for cause - what did they do???
- 5 years of financials need to be restated - but we all know they never will be
- No financials filed this year
- Stock Delisted
- EY resigns mid way thru audit - that doesn’t happen very often
- SEC investigation
- DOJ investigation
- VA investigation
- A ranking US Senator intervenes on behalf of MM to influence contract talks with VA - WOW
- A ranking US Senator sends the FBI to the house of a vocal critic in an attempt to shut him up - DOUBLE WOW

Doesnt matter how good the product is. Doesn’t matter how many good people work here. Doesn’t matter that YOU weren’t involved in the shenanigans. There were just enough greedy people in the right positions who were willing to perpetrate the fraud and a lot more greedy people who were/are willing to look the other way because they were making money off the fraud. Then there’s the rest of us who are being forced to eat the shit they left behind.

This will not end good for anybody!

Another SMALL thing that seems to go unmentioned around this shithole. Everyone from RSD’s up got retention bonuses of between $35K and $50K. The minions are mere pawns in this sad game.

Stay only if you can’t find another gig, but this one is coming to an end and they won’t even give you an atta boy on the way out

That’s really sad. I didn’t take vacation either. Unlike you, I worked my ass off stuffing shelves full of product to boost sales numbers for the quarter. My manager and AVP both called to thank me for my efforts. Unfortunately, they weren’t willing to put in in writing so I cant use it In my brag book down the road. Something about plausible deniability??? Anyone, I feel good about myself knowing my customers are taken care of
 












Nick, jeans day at the National Meeting means a nice pair of jeans. It’s still a meeting. The ones you and Bill wore on stage last year looked worse that the ones the guys at Jiffy Lube wear.
