Ctl here, I have been running reports all week during the company shutdown. I cannot wait to choose a rep to work with the first day back, I will call them late the night before. Better have your A game ready! The poster above is right, I will send countless emails and requests this weekend so check your computer's. I expect all my reps to be reviewing messaging and detailing in the mirror on New Years Eve. Better get your Zostavax messaging down as well or I will ride with you twice a week. Ah, the ctl life, so good.

Image the perspective from the CTL point of view. Riding with veteran reps discussing mature products calling on the same physicians. I miss the days when we could actually develop and promote reps, hire new reps and launch new products. There is truly no purpose any more except to maintain status quo, play the game and look for activities that provide a purpose in life.

My CTL is worthless. Koolaid drinker who kisses everyone's ass so she can stay on. Docs hate her and yet she pushes herself in to offices. I've actually been asked not to bring her. Mainly her personality, thinks she's better than everyone and acts like it's 1989
 
























Oncology will be evaluated, minimize the duplicate roles that add too many customer touch points, streamlined account management with goal of customer focus with patient outcomes. The recent primary care changes will be done and Oncology to be trained and rewarded as Oncology Account Managers. Gooo Merck!!
