I am so happy about this. I wish they would just dump sales quotas, though. I've always done well, finished in top 20-25% but some of the wackos that win awards couldn't sell themselves out of a wet paper sack. Reps went to nightingale having sold 50 scripts of aricept23 ALL YEAR. What's wrong with that picture? those same reps walk around as though they're golden even though they work four hours a day. They don't know their products and only tread enough water to maintain the facade. And how about the BS that comes with this reorganization. Shit reps were all of a sudden aligned into territories at 120% of goal and I'm supposed to take advice from them??? They didn't earn that! Then there's another rep who went from the top all the way to the bottom and now he's on a plan? These DMs who toe the line are freaks. What happened to recognizing the reality of the situation?
