Agree. ELT and inept RD's promoted under them shouldn't be allowed to oversee anyone.. let alone work in healthcare. They're contributing to flaws in our system. Mass intervention needs to occur with the current state of affairs. The organization should *but won't* do away with current corrupt leadership and start from the ground up. A growth biotech should not be taking risks foolishly keeping these folks during unprecedented timesIf Natera could push a reset button on ELT it could be a good place!
