Your posts are so obvious and you are the one that needs to go away. Why would anyone bring up topics on here when 1/2 the people on here are pent-up, frustrated, aggravated, reps that have been fired like yourself? You need to get off this thread. Makes no sense to be on a company thread when you sdont even work here other than loving to here about bad issues that come up which in some warped way makes you feel better. I agree with the other posters that you need to be off this board. It's very apparent you don't work here and still can't get over it.
