1% commission a joke

Zimmer rep here. 6 years. Never made less than 144k. This year even with all the challenges and a new comp plan I finished at 149K. Not too shabby. Made my number albeit barely so at plan 149 isn't too bad. At least 2 probably 3 in my region made more than me. Yes there are jobs that pay more but I'm not complaining.

And then you woke up from your dream to realize you barely made $90k this year and you will be greeted with a PIP tomorrow.
 








i often seek out zimmer Biomet dental reps on uber. I find them to be the most educated of all the drivers on guided bone regeneration. I usually four or five star em. i usually leave a 20% tip so I am not sure where this 1% commission talk comes from???
