Why would they hire 200 reps and 17 managers for that short a period of time?
Any reps get an interview scheduled yet beyond the phone screen?

Because jardiance is a turd but it still has legs. And they're launching a potential blockbuster. Assuming the plan is to give the syneos goof troop reps jardiance while their reps concentrate on only launching the new drug.

The syneos contract will be terminated as soon as the early launch phase is over. My guess is a year max.

Talked to my recruiter yesterday... This sounds like a 8 month to a year max with no hope of rollover.

If this is your first contract, Id stay away. If you got a job, stay away. If you're a contract hopper this is for you.

That was the vibe I got too. Sounds like lilly is looking to separate jardiance from tirzepatide. I have been on very short contracts before and this smells similar. Fast start date and 5 weeks training? May get a year out of this if you're lucky.
