We want to know

What leadership is going to do moving forward to even the playing field where Medicaid is concerned. The top reps are all (with the exception of a few) Medicaid territories and we are tired of being gaslit to believe that Medicaid isn’t contributing to the majority of their success. Show us you care and make the appreciate adjustments.

It’s true. We are under tremendous pressure to sell and many of have zero advantages. We compete equally against Medicaid heavy states. Time to face reality and look at market dynamics.

The folks in medi-caid states will have a higher goal than those who don’t. I would imagine that regardless of coverage you will need at least 85 Rx to achieve your goal. You will need to be profitable before you earn a bonus. Nothing comes free.

I think you missed the point, move on as in quit.
No we get what you’re saying, but again as a corporation your goal shouldn’t be to just allow unhappy employees to quit the leaders should take reasonable measures to make changes that allow for a more level playing field. There’s no question about it the top earners are ALL except for a couple of territories Medicaid land, but our concerns are consistently disregarded. Soon the company will be filled with college grads because all the senior sales reps will either retire or find new work and there’s no way in hell they’re going to recruit quality talent anymore.

Lol you must be right out of college. All the talent and leadership left months/ 1 year ago. Do you live under a rock? Kowa use to be a great company with great products and success. Some companies don’t last and this is looking like one.

Raises an interesting question. can you name the top three leaders that left here and how would you rank them? My DM was okay.

You certainly realize that KPA is solely a commercial company. If achieving your Rx goal is predicated on many factors (I can assure you, it is an objective, data-driven goal), then your stated position would make me ask you a question - if you believe you cannot sell because of the macro-environment, then KPA should close the territory and your employment. You have to live with the business environment in your geography, and find the niches where you can win. It's not rocket science - it is the pharma world since at least the 1990's. So my advice would be stop whining, get smart, put on your analytical pants, SELL, make money, be happy.

First of all sucks my dick. Second of all im one of the top reps at the company in a none Medicaid territory unlike you I’m sure because you’re so defensive to your case which I’m sure favors you. If the territories didn’t include Medicaid privilege I would be top five in the company. Take your privileged ass self and get off your high horse you pretentious little fuck.
