Karma

Brad probably read this trash in one of his books. Just someone at axesome trying to deflect from the truth on here and I suspect the same every time on one of these threads someone repeatedly writes about Brady to also distract from the truth about this trash company. A lot of people in leadership, if that is what you call this Pharma company wanna be have a lot of Karma coming there way and Karma comes in all forms. Maybe even a whistle-blower or shady specialty pharmacy investigations. I'll wait

Sometimes, life's balance ensures that we all eventually face the consequences of our actions—what goes around truly comes around.
I think this is perfect!

However in the case of Axsome’s field people who’ve enriched themselves with some extremely questionable tactics, it’s going to take outside forces to unleash the karma. After all, the 2 main leaders who absolutely knew what was going on have been dismissed- no doubt with an iron clad gag order agreement.

There were 4 leaders released all with the title “Product Strategy.” Every single manager who was hired prior to launch was also part of this strategy. What do you think they did for a year and a half prior to launch? They met with these specialty pharmacies, the offices and contracts were put in place. Most of the specialty pharmacies have their own reps who go out and recruit the offices. What kills me is how these reps were hailed as heroes as the sales leaders.

Oh sh*t! One of my team members gave our team brochures for their specialty pharmacy and asked us to use it! They were also the first hired on our team and formally worked for our mgr at a different company. I can’t believe I’m JUST NOW putting this together. I can’t believe how many times I saw that person walk on stage ant meetings and was like, how the heck are they doing it?? Because they seemed totally autistic and I couldn’t work out them having that good of relationship building skills. It just hit me though, with your post. The game was rigged. Mother fucker.

Isn’t it Always Rigged???

So some territories were at a decided advantage over most others because of special relationships (deals) with these pharmacies that in some cases were dispensing upwards of 80% of an entire regions Auvelity scripts, with the full knowledge of those RBD’s, ASD’s, and more than likely Lori and Brad, who thru their silence and enormous bonus payments to these very people, were signing off on this arrangement.

Is that about right?

Such bullshit. I’m in between 2 territories that were hired before me. Both reps worked for our manager at another company. It took me about 4 months to realize that they cherry picked their territory lines to give me the dead space in the middle. My territory is cut awkward and has never made sense. Just junk. Now I know why. Fuck this company.

Is your manager Brady?

I feel you. I literally have to drive through other reps’ territories to get to parts of mine. Obvious nepotism. They have all the good accounts. When I brought it up, my manager said he listened to their input when creating territories. Didn’t even try to deny it.

Unlike the rest of cafe pharma, every single post under Axsome is the gods honest truth. I don’t know Brady so I’ll leave him off that declaration because we all don’t know that poor SOB. The overlapping territories and zip codes were pointed out to management over and over again and we were all ignored and essentially told to shut up. Ironically-all the specialty pharmacy territories were all well taken care of.

Bring it up again, bring up valid concerns "complaints" or know too much about their illegal specialty pharmacy schemes and you'll find yourself "laid off" like they did to the rest of them real quick and signing a severance package aka hush money agreement. Challenge them try it. Quick way to be released from this hell hole

It’s all coming together. That must be why they’ve had 6 layoffs in less than 2 years.

These bastards dissolved my territory even though my numbers were good but
I was told I was not a good fit for the company.
It all makes sense now, they were right, I was not a good fit for such an unethical POS company. Good damn riddance of those leaders. Karma is a bitch!!

Don’t sign the severance if you have been working and doing your job. Veeva tracks GPS and the IPAD tracks every move you make. If you are doing your job, generating scripts and are still getting the shit kicked out of you and god forbid losing your job-don’t sign the severance! Stand your ground. It’s not worth a 12 week paycheck. Look at the people in your region who are at the top and have been at the top. Look at your reports. Make a record. It’s going to be the territories with a specialty pharmacy. It’s right in front of your face. If you aren’t doing this then hit the road and don’t look back.
