Who got their maps today with their new territory alignments? Did anything drastically change? Asking because our team didn’t get anything and it’s crickets from our manager…

Yes!! They actually are doing the right thing for a change. They are moving all of the Karens, Kevins and Asians to Princeton for a reorientation camp
 








Maps are no secret. Virtually no boundary changes. We are incorporating the layover and the new hires and now every territory has 2 reps with identical zip codes. We want so badly to be like Abbive but until we address coverage and stop lying about AEs, the dermatology world will continue to hate us.

The territories are expanding. What do you mean? Several people on my team are angry about the massive size of their territory.

Then my manager is a liar.
 




















We still haven’t heard from our manager. He’s completely blown us off. Some members of the team reached out asking what was going on, and he sent a long, abrasive, aggressive voice note to our team. He’s an idiot because he recorded himself. He completely missed the mark. Had he kept the team abreast of what was going on, no one would have to inquire. And what is wrong with his team asking? This person is the worst manager I’ve ever had! If any of us had the guts to report him to HR, he would have been fired a long time ago.

there is another ar still here unfortunately, just getting rid of one ar didn’t help the culture here because now you have the ar still left and ch and the other demons hating on Steven Jackson for removing ar 1, what a toxic mess
