Everyone has aspirations and if yours is to ruin yourself and your family please join galderma. Since I have joined I feel my home environment has become toxic as well. I was at a great employer then left and joined this god forsaken place with some horrible leaders like AL, CM. The worst. I am home office and the stuff I hear sometimes about the field and how they make decisions is crazy - not to mention how they give people ratings
 




I haven’t worked with AL but have worked with CM before and again now. She is like a little child who throws tantrums. She will email leaders behind your back to save her own. These people have been given the previlege but they believe they descended from the heavens. They are just blowing up money commuting coast to coast every week and staying in nice hotels because they can’t commit to moving to the office where their team is. If it wasn’t for the products selling themselves these people would literally not generate a single dollar. good luck if you join the company and I am sure I will have a teams meeting with you soon if you do.
 




I wish I had read cafe pharma before joining. I am actively interviewing now and no one wants to touch me with a 50 foot pole. Galderma shifty reputation precedes itself. I guess I am stuck here for now. They will spin this as retention but the reality is I am no longer attractive to the industry after being here for 5 years. I want to leaveeeeeeee…
 








What this two big company doesn’t get is the people that leave are not going to be their advocates whether it is to secure a deal, preach the word on their products, or straight up just interviewing the so called managers here at a new role. Somehow this idiotic company thinks that just screwing people over is ok and if it doesn’t believe that then it must have a very short term view. Either way it’s not a sign of smart leadership … Flemming dgaf since he’s out… he’s ruining it for everyone else. Can’t wait to see one of these aholes on the other side of the table and enjoy

This is the dumbest response and shows that you are dense. Do you use Yelp for restaurant reviews made up of strangers on the internet? How about Amazon for product reviews? Cafepharma is the Yelp for medical and pharmaceutical companies. Galderma has comparable poor feedback on Glassdoor as well.

So true. If anyone looking at coming here takes a job after seeing these reviews for Galderma they are dumb. It’s not just made up of strangers. Go talk to accounts. All our doctors and med spas see this place imploding. Do your due diligence before coming here. There any way better employers out there.

Sure, dumbass. Seek advice on a board where reps who you don’t know incessantly complain. I’m certain that this is the same stupidity that led to your becoming a pharmaceutical rep.

Tbh this was one of the many places I was seeking input from, not the only one. If you are a Galderma employee I can see why the conversation about Galderma is so bad. You lack the understanding that asking the question does not short circuit to making a decision. But if enough people through enough sources say the same thing, then there’s some there there. That said, you just dissed your entire sales force by calling them dumb for being reps. Maybe Galderma is as bad as they say. Dumb ass opaque people. Hope my manager / leadership interviews are open about giving me references to ex-employees to speak with.

Dumbass isn't that what happens on Yelp and Amazon when you look at reviews? You review the good and bad reviews to make a decision. CP is a source of information that gives clues to the morale of a company. NO one said it was the only source dumbass.
