I would like to see them all leave leaving only the incompetent cheerleaders! They were not so geriatric the cheerleader aspect may be more fitting
So we just lost 7 DBLs and 2 SRDs in the last 60 days. Absolutely incredible.
And most of the ones who left were gender or ethnic diverse. Great job with DEI Eric!
Just wait, going to lose more in the next wave. Also, many reps will leave in the next 5 weeks, unreasonably high goals and less pay here at Alks; what did they expect?
I wish the managers that quit and Alks retained would have just left. There would be 9 total who should have left as of today. That's fucking CRAY CRAY!!!

DEI is a bullshit movement. Ruining companies and Universities all over the country.
Everybody’s whining about DEI because it’s truly the downfall of all corporations unless you are middle-aged, female Any color? But better yet, if you claim to be LGBTQIA plus You are going to be Given special dispensation because for the love of God, you can’t perform on your ability. You have to use your gender identity, and lack of ability to make up for your incompetence. Which brings me to the point of incompetence, which is the leadership of this company just remember Vivitrol will be generic in less than two years.

LM is snapping up a lot of good people for Karuna.
Karuna is gone. It’s now BMS. If you love big pharma and all the micro bullshit that comes with working in that environment, you will love BMS.
How is that any different than the micro bullshit we deal with here, other than the fact that BMS is paying significantly more?
It’s true pay for performance…. Those that can’t hit an objective for a defined period will soon be looking for another job.
Again, no different than here except better compensation. Anyone who has been in pharma, especially someone who has launched a drug understands how this works.
Are they paying significantly more? Recruiter said top pay band is $162,000 and the rep target bonus is $40,000. Pretty standard actually. And nobody can say whether they are giving shares of BMS stock in RSUs. For a drug that still hasn’t hit PDUFA date yet. Hmmmm. Maybe I’ll sit tight.
Sit tight but wear a life vest here at Alks, they are offering compensation for unvested RSU’s. Signing bonus potential as well… 162 is not the max, but it is the mean.
