I work at amgen. ask me anthing. I'll answer honestly

I'm interviewing for a Scientist opportunity at Amgen in R&D, specifically in the area of process development. I've heard concerns from colleagues that this environment is not really conducive to career development, especially for women. I've also heard that there's been some inappropriate behaviors coming from members of leadership within this group towards female subordinates. I'm hoping that this isn't the case, or that this information is outdated. I know its easy to unleash grievances with a post like this, and we've all encountered some real jerks in industry but, I would really like an honest, unbiased, and informed opinion here, this looks like it could be a really great opportunity for me.
