my oppressive manager tries acting like some omniscient wizard in offices. Just stay in the car and play Wordle
ASM has got to be THE MOST USELESS position in all of pharma! Mine tries to interject with their vast knowledge of psychiatry and is so clueless they don’t even realize the doc is rolling or winking their eyes. Many times I have had to apologize to the doc for bringing this idiot in. I try and set up the day well beforehand so the docs can play along with this moron. I can’t count the times docs have made upper negative comments about my manager! But, this has been the setup since the beginning of pharmaceutical sales and will never change.

Lundbeck has made some of the worst hiring choices for ASM that I have ever seen in my career! Some have true cognitive issues that ave been ignored for years. Some are sadistic and are mentally challenged. Or some reason Lundbeck will hang on until the very, very last second with people like this instead of addressing the problem quickly. But, the same thing goes for reps that lie and milk the system every day. This is what you call a shit show.
I love it when my manager rides with me! They are literally a vast ocean of knowledge! My docs will anxiously stop what they are doing just to see what he/she will say to help treat their patients. We are blessed to have such wonderful management working with us to improve patient lives!
Especially when their hulking frame blocks hallways. Just fake your calls like we all do
I am at my real estate broker’s office putting the final touches I have on a closing I have at 11AM that will put $8,500 in my pocket. I have another closing next week as well which will be my 4th this year!!! I will fake calls as usual. This looks like a banner year for me with my side real estate gig!
I know of a couple of Lundbeck people that have side jobs like you. I have got to do the same thing. I have been talking our horrible psych drugs now for too many years, and they are driving me crazy! A side job would liven things up for me!

Hmmm? I am not the person who was bragging about sell real estate, but how in the hell do you know they are 100% lying? The answer is you don’t! You have no clue who this person is but you act so absolutely sure you know they are lying! I knew a person that was 100% selling real estate on the side with another pharma company, and they did it for years and never got caught. How do I know this? It was a 1st cousin of mine. Either you are jealous of this person or you are mental. Probably both. Now go back to your spreadsheets and find a rep to target!
You cant prove me wrong and you cant prove you are right but you are 100% lying if you say you are a professional listing real estate agent selling homes on the side while also holding a sales job here. You might rent your own home on air b and b but you do not sell homes as a listing agent. FACT
There is no way the person who says they are selling real estate on the side can prove it because if they do, you moron, they would reveal themselves on CP! If someone wanted to sell real estate on the side, it would be relatively easy to do so. The question is how do you know they are “100% lying” like you said? You may think they are lying but there is no way in hell you can say with 100% accuracy that they are lying, and you know it!
Also, who really cares if they are selling houses or not? I could give a shit and say more power to them! What a douche you are!
Whoever says they are selling real estate I believe it. Why? Because I know someone who has two pharma sales jobs. Two different disease states and they have been milking the hell out of one with fake calls etc while working diligently at the other. If they can do that then selling real estate on the side is a walk in the park.
Exactly. I've sold real estate on the side for several years. Last year I made a combined $535k between both jobs
