Tiny territories. Half won't be viable in a year as the disease is too rare. Pay is well below where it should be for rare disease.
 








This type of cardiomyopathy apparently isn't as rare as it's made out to be. I don't think it's fair to assume it's in the same category of rare disease drugs that come to mind just yet.
 








Supposedly, they're still working out their benefits details. So nothing is set for sure.

Target bonus is anticipated to be at 70k

It will be a car allowance. Amount is in the air. At least 1000 for it.

PTO may be unlimited

Looking at 100 territories nation wide with 15 sales managers.

Interviews sometime in june/July. Anticipated start date looking like early Aug

I can confirm this is correct, this is what I heard as well. Base 150-185k, but possibly be able to negotiated, also the health benefits will be very good.
 




I would say this is a landing spot for the unemployed or desperate. Too many reps, too managers, low base (I just started a rare job 12 months ago at $200k).

Someone mentioned that this may not be as rare as you think so the amount of reps is in line with that, well then you have my biggest pet peeve, a company calling themselves rare but not really rare.

What I suspect is more in line with what another poster said…..I think they go big for the launch, lay off half the reps 6 months later.
 








Managers are AZ rejects that couldn't sell wainua. They think that with weak CM data but a label they can argue about who has better insurance coverage. Buyer beware. This is big pharma and not rare.

many postings are cross listed for example Atlanta and Savannah posted seperate but same job. I’m in rare disease looking and sound like good opportunity! The car allowance is 800 a month with gas card. California based company and product launch.
