Stock is still down yet the launch of a "Breakthrough in CRC Screening". Yeah...this will definitely save the company...and before anyone says the whole market is down because of the tariffs...shut the f$ck up...if this product was so revolutionary...it would buck market trends.

Anyone thinking layoffs soon?
Exact doesn’t even have the ethicality to do layoffs. They’ll cont to operate in their slimy, deceptive formality & attempt to force people out. This company is done. We’ve been on the fast track to the bottom since 2021. Total SHITshow (pun intended). Thanks for ruining this once great company Kev. bravo

My best advice to those they are trying to force out is document, document, document. If you witness non compliant activities, keep a record. If you are feel bullied by your boss, keep a record of everything they have said or done and you will eventually make a case for harassment/intimidation/discrimination/retaliation that you can use to get yourself more $$$ when they finally relent and "lay you off" or "eliminate your position" (only to post the exact same job 6 months later to the day so they can't be sued for not reinstating the laid off employee; or by changing one tiny aspect of the job desc so the previous employee they shoved out the door no longer fits the bill). I have seen several of my peers do this with great success and learned from the best! Kevin has said in the past he is sick of paying people to leave the company. Sorry to break it to you bud, Sarah is still shelling out the hush money left and right. I have seen it time and again. The inexperienced d-list "leaders" and completely incompetent HR team are what gives the termed employees the leverage. These underqualified saps are too stupid to manage someone out the right way. I am sure those HR trolls are reading this - looking at you SP and PP! And never forget, folks, HR IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE. They are there to protect the company, not you. Keep your mouth shut and your documentation tight.

Great advice. I have a final interview with another company later this week. I won’t resign here just in case we get laid off soon. That company uses a Corporate Card AMEX also. Is there anyway these people here will see that my new company has an AMEX in my name also?

Disaster? Wait for them to lay me off and then I’ll be stuck without a job and competing against other laid off reps? If I resign tomorrow, and am officiall layoff is announced, then I won’t get stage severance that I deserve. Disaster alright…disaster for not being proactive about what’s to come.
 



Why are we even selling this? No commercial payer coverage and Medicare coverage was only 15% of our business last year. My manager keeps saying this is a transition period, but he’s a loser kool aid drinker who likes his easy money job.
