where do you guys think our next NSM meeting will be? I hope it’s planned out so a month & 1/2 later reps will be let go including Pres Club winners. What a joke of a company.
Presidents club and success mean jack shit here, or anywhere else anymore. Do yourself a favor. Care less about your job, and more about your life. We are nothing more than a number on a spreadsheet.where do you guys think our next NSM meeting will be? That’s right. My numbers are very good and I’m now looking for work. I’m sorry for every night I spent away from home and every event I missed to make sales achievement a priority. The teachers pet of our area has the lowest numbers and was retained. No respect for success here. The smart reps are the ones who collect a paycheck and slack.Presidents club and success mean jack shit here, or anywhere else anymore. Do yourself a favor. They signed a 5 year agreement with the Venetian, so safe to say it will be in Vegas again.where do you guys think our next NSM meeting will be? I hope it’s planned out so a month & 1/2 later reps will be let go including Pres Club winners. What a joke of a company.
Absolutely. Don’t take on the extra crap that managers foist on you in order to “get your name out there.” It’s not worth it. Do your job, make the calls where you can, do in services, be professional, act like an adult at meetings. That’s it. You do all that and collect a paycheck, and you may or may not get canned next time.Presidents club and success mean jack shit here, or anywhere else anymore. Do yourself a favor. True. Unfortunately, there are way too many brainwashed drones out there who think that their career is the most important thing to validate their life. This job and success means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things. Stay middle of the pack and enjoy your life. Your career means shit at the end of the day.Absolutely. The most accurate statement on this site. Period. Trust me they don’t care. All of the “leaders” that survived are sleeping really well tonight.Presidents club and success mean jack shit here, or anywhere else anymore. Do yourself a favor. You nailed it. My ABL has tried to get me to do manager training for years. I just laugh because there are like 300 people that have done that training and Novartis hardly ever hires anyone for that list of people. All these extra training or area champion are just a huge waste of time and nothing in return.True. When the main thing you brag about in life is who has more Marriott points for a company that sees you as disposable, you’ve wasted a lot of time.Absolutely. It’s a job, it offers an excellent work/life balance for most salespeople. Keep things simple unless you want to be an ABL, trainer, or other corporate role. Otherwise, be professional and enthusiastic at all times. Don’t be annoying to your ABL and they’ll love you for it. I would seriously advise salespeople 40 and under to get out now though. Under 30? Wow, leave immediately and regroup for the rest of your working life. When the main thing you brag about in life is who has more Marriott points for a company that sees you as disposable, you’ve wasted a lot of time.
Honestly pharma is now great for all of us mommies out there. Really all I do is a few lunches each week. Please share how you are able to do this when some of us (depending on the business unit) have to make 7 calls a day to our targeted customers. Is everyone out there bullshiting and I’m the idiot who works until late in the day? Seriously. I’m doing something very wrongHonestly pharma is now great for all of us mommies out there. You shouldn't be working past 3. Why bust your ass for a company that doesn't give a shit about you? This job is not hard. I see the key accounts every week that drive the business and fill in the rest as needed. Most reps are able to hit the call average and be home at a reasonable time. Please share how you are able to do this when some of us (depending on the business unit) have to make 7 calls a day to our targeted customers. Depends on your geography and how competitive you are. I can’t stand to be in the middle and worked long hours to be at the top with Leqvio. Now I’m looking for a job. In retrospect, work till 3 at the latest. You’re only getting an Area bonus anyway and Novartis not only doesn’t care about you, they don’t even care what you’ve done for them. You shouldn't be working past 3.
